What's included
Two plans. One service, built and run around your business.
Every system is configured around your company during setup. Here's what each plan does, and how much of it you control.

Plan 2 · IronBolt Premium
Capture new opportunities. Keep existing customers coming back.
IronBolt Premium includes everything above, plus automated customer re-engagement. Calls and texts go out in your company's name — IronBolt runs behind the scenes.
Re-engagement calls
Don't wait for existing customers to forget about you.
Eligible customers in your existing database can receive automated check-ins. A check-in every three months is a common starting point, but the timing is completely customizable.
"Hi Mike, this is ABC Heating & Cooling. We're checking in to make sure everything with your system is still running well. Have you noticed any issues, or is there anything we can help you with?"
If the customer needs something, the assistant gathers the information and sends the opportunity straight to you — the same way it does with an inbound call.
Re-engagement texts
Approved messages sent to your existing customers, written for your business.
"Hi Mike, warmer weather is coming. We're checking in with existing customers to see if you'd like to schedule an AC tune-up before the busy season."
"Hi Sarah, we're checking in with previous customers. Is there anything around your home you'd like us to take a look at?"
Offers, seasons, and holidays
- Special offers and limited-time promotions
- Seasonal promotions
- Holiday offers
- Customer appreciation messages
- Service and maintenance reminders
- New service announcements
- Recurring check-ins on a schedule you set
- Custom campaign messaging, customer lists, and exclusions
- Ongoing campaign configuration
How outbound campaigns are handled
Campaigns are configured around your eligible customer contacts and their communication preferences. Opt-outs are honored, and campaigns are set up with consent requirements, carrier rules, and applicable laws in mind. Not every past customer is automatically contactable — which contacts are eligible is part of what gets worked out during setup. IronBolt configures the system around the rules; it does not provide legal advice or guarantee compliance.
IronBolt captures incoming opportunities. IronBolt Premium creates new ones from the customers you already have.
Every system is built, not switched on
Your Business. Your Voice. Your Rules.
Every client goes through a setup process where we learn how their business actually operates — and the assistant gets configured around it. Two companies in the same trade, in the same town, end up with two different systems.
| On every call | A generic AI receptionist | IronBolt |
|---|---|---|
| The greeting callers hear | The same script every business gets | Written for your business, in the voice you chose |
| The questions it asks | A fixed set you don't control | Yours, in the order you want them asked |
| What it knows about your business | Nothing about your pricing, service area or hours | Your services, hours, areas and approved pricing built in |
| Emergencies and escalation | Whatever the vendor's defaults decide | Your rules, followed on every call |
| Where the summary goes | Wherever their defaults send it | Formatted your way, to the people you name |
- Company name
- Services you offer
- Locations
- Service areas
- Business hours
- Business information
- Frequently asked questions
- Pricing information you approve
- How you want the company described
- AI voice
- Voice type
- Tone
- Personality
- Greeting
- Wording and phrasing
- How the assistant introduces your company
- Questions asked on every call
- Customer information collected
- Callback rules
- Escalation rules
- Special instructions
- Maximum call duration
- Notification recipients
- How call summaries are formatted
- Who gets escalated to, and when
- Re-engagement schedules
- Promotional campaigns
- Seasonal campaigns
- Holiday campaigns
- Campaign messaging
- Customer exclusions
Tell us how you want it to behave
During setup you describe how you want the assistant to sound, what it should ask, what it should never say, and what should happen in the situations that matter to you. We configure it accordingly, test it, and keep adjusting it as your business changes.
That's the difference between an AI receptionist and an assistant built around your company.
Your Business. Your Voice. Your Rules. Powered by IronBolt.
AI voice
Choose how your company sounds on the phone.
You pick the voice and the communication style during setup — whatever matches how you'd want your best employee to answer.
An example, not a script
"Thank you for calling ABC Heating & Cooling. I’m Mike’s assistant. He’s out on a job right now, but I can take down key information for him and make sure he gets it right away. What can I help you with?"
Every company's greeting, wording, voice, and process is customized. The assistant always represents your company — your customers never hear the name IronBolt.
The two plans
Which of those you get depends on the plan.
Everything above for the calls coming in — answered, asked the right questions, written up, and sent to your phone.
All of that, plus the outbound side — check-in calls, texts, and campaigns that bring past customers back.
