IronBolt does not publish a business street address on this website.

2. Intellectual Property Notice

The design, text, graphics, layout, images, code, and other content of this website are owned by IronBolt AI LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The underlying IronBolt service, including its software, workflows, automation logic, templates, architecture, prompts, configurations, integrations, documentation, proprietary processes, and general improvements and know-how remains the property of IronBolt AI LLC or its licensors. Purchasing an IronBolt service does not transfer ownership of this technology.

3. Trademark Notice

“IronBolt,” “IronBolt AI,” “IronBolt Premium,” and the IronBolt AI logo are marks used by IronBolt AI LLC. They may not be used without prior written permission in a manner likely to create confusion concerning affiliation or endorsement.

5. No Guaranteed Results

IronBolt does not guarantee leads, calls, appointments, bookings, jobs, customers, sales, revenue, profit, conversion rates, customer retention, campaign performance, return on investment, recovered calls, or other business results.

6. AI Technology Disclaimer

IronBolt's services use artificial intelligence. AI systems may misunderstand speech, misinterpret caller intent, provide inaccurate information, create inaccurate transcripts, create incomplete or incorrect summaries, make scheduling errors, or fail to identify unusual situations. Clients remain responsible for appropriate human review and oversight.

7. Not an Emergency Service

IronBolt is not an emergency-response service. The system must not be relied upon as a substitute for calling 911 or another emergency service. Clients are responsible for appropriate emergency and escalation procedures.

8. Third-Party Technology Disclaimer

IronBolt depends on independent third-party technologies that may include telecommunications, artificial intelligence, speech processing, cloud infrastructure, messaging, CRM systems, scheduling, payment processing, email, security, and automation. IronBolt cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance of systems it does not control.

9. Telecommunications Disclaimer

Telephone and messaging performance may be affected by carrier networks, internet connectivity, call routing, audio quality, spam filtering, caller-ID systems, carrier labeling, messaging infrastructure, and other systems outside IronBolt's control.

10. Service Availability

IronBolt does not provide a general uptime guarantee, service credit, or service-level commitment. Any specific service-level commitment must be expressly stated in a signed Client Service Agreement or Order Form.

11. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for information and instructions they provide or authorize, including business information, prices, scripts, offers, promotions, workflows, contact lists, campaign content, consent, communication preferences, and service configurations. Clients are responsible for the laws and industry requirements applicable to their own businesses.

12. Calling and Messaging Compliance

Outbound calls and messages may be regulated by federal and state laws and carrier requirements, including requirements relating to telephone solicitations, artificial or prerecorded voice communications, AI-generated voice communications, automated communications, telemarketing, do-not-call obligations, consent, calling times, disclosures, identification, SMS, and advertising.

Clients are responsible for determining whether they have legally sufficient permission to contact recipients and for maintaining appropriate consent and suppression records where required. IronBolt does not independently verify the legal eligibility of every contact or campaign. IronBolt may refuse, restrict, suspend, or discontinue activity that it reasonably believes creates legal, regulatory, fraud, carrier, security, operational, or reputational risk.

13. Call Recording and Transcription

Call recording and transcription are enabled by default unless otherwise configured.

IronBolt's standard caller-facing recording notice is: “This call may be recorded for quality purposes.”

Calls may also be transcribed and processed using automated and artificial-intelligence technologies in order to provide the configured service.

Recording, monitoring, and communications laws vary by jurisdiction. Clients are responsible for determining requirements applicable to their businesses, callers, employees, customers, and geographic locations and for informing IronBolt if a different notice or configuration is required.

IronBolt does not use client recordings, transcripts, or client customer information to train or fine-tune general-purpose AI models.

14. Customer Database Responsibility

A client's customer database remains the client's property. IronBolt does not own it, sell it, rent it, or use it to market IronBolt's own services. Clients are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and currency of customer information they provide.

15. Marketing and Telemarketing Responsibility

Where a client directs a customer-engagement or re-engagement campaign, the client determines and authorizes recipients, campaign purpose, content, offers, promotions, business claims, and communication instructions.

Clients are responsible for the legal basis for contacting recipients, required consent, legally required disclosures, communication preferences, opt-outs, do-not-call requests, and campaign content. IronBolt provides technology and configured services but does not guarantee that a client-directed campaign satisfies every applicable legal requirement.

16. Independent Provider; No Agency

IronBolt is an independent service provider. Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, franchise, fiduciary relationship, or general legal agency relationship between IronBolt and a client.

18. Changes to Services

IronBolt may modify, improve, replace, reconfigure, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including because of technology changes, carrier requirements, third-party changes, security, fraud, legal requirements, or regulatory developments. Material changes affecting a paid client's contractual rights are handled under the applicable signed agreement.
